L-word.com is having a party! Join us at The Pied in Provincetown on Wednesday, August 23. Sheri Lynne and her band Similar Features will be entertaining us as we party seaside in Ptown. There's no cover charge, yet we're going to be giving some fun L word and L-word.com giveaways! Join us from 10 - 1 at The Pied, 191A Commercial St., Provincetown.

Comments: P'town is on Cape Cod in Massachusetts in the USA. Cape Cod is the peninsula that juts out of the state into the Atlantic Ocean. P'town is located at the tip of the peninsula across the bay from Boston, MA. To see it plug in the address on Commercial St. into Yahoo maps. Is that enough to answer your question.BTY - P'town is a very gay friendly place . If I were to estimate I would say it is about 60-70% gay most of the year. In the summer closer to 90-95%.

Comments: no age limit in ptown and this week is carnival! thursday (8/17) has the biggest drag parade you will ever see. it is absolutely fabulous! i am packed and ready to go for the long weekend! i go every year at this time just to see the parade and go for carnival! gay friendly is not doing this place justice is it the east coast's gay heaven! (next to northampton that is!)

Comments: This IS going to be the best party in Ptown this season! I'm sorry some of you won't be able to make it. My band..and myself..are VERY excited about the show! FYI..it IS a 21 plus party (sorry) and the Pied Bar is directly across from Spirtus Pizza. (If you've ever been to Ptown you know where Spiritus is!) I'm looking forward to seeing all of you! If you're concerned about directions please check my website, and I would advise you to park, (if you're driving), in one of the public lots closer to the "West End". You can also call the club @ 508.487.1527 for info. Looking forward to the show....Let's Rock It!!!!!

Comments: The party was a HUGE success! Sheri Lynne and band rocked. The dance floor was packed all night, and we gave away some Season 3 soundtracks, t shirts, and L word tote bags. Look for news on MORE L-word.com parties coming this fall to both Ptown and New York City!
