The "Interview" --  please provide short, narrative answers to the following questions.  There are no right or wrong answers to these questions.  However, your answers will be used to determine whether your vision of a moderator's role matches ours.

1.  In your opinion, what is the role of a moderator?  What makes a good moderator good at her or his job?

2.  In your opinion, how much time should a moderator spend on her or his forum in an average day?

3.  Do you believe that a moderator should act any differently than any other poster on a board other than the one s/he moderates?  Please explain why or why not.

4.  What types of threads do you feel should be closed, edited or deleted, by a moderator, and why?

5.  If you were a moderator and encountered a disruptive poster on your forum, how would you handle the situation, and why?

6.  Please list at least three other posters at the l-word.com forums who would provide you with a reference in support of your application to become a moderator.
