We’ve had the love, now it’s time for the hate to come on in and shine. Welcome to this week’s Countdown where I take a lot of some of my favorite rivalries from the first 3 Seasons of The L Word. But before we get into that, it’s time to go through our feedback.
FEEDBACK FEEDBACK
First, a feedback that came in right after I had typed up last week’s last
list. This one is from the Top 10 Characters I’d like to see return or
stick around for Season 4.
Sephra – Jenny stomping on Marina? I thought that was Francesca’s job. And there’s a good question...are Marina and Francesca communicating in any way nowadays?
Now, feedback from my previous list, the Top 10 Steamiest Couples!
missyang – You rock, too missyang and ya know it!
notshane – Heart’s "No Other Love" really helped make that scene, too I
thought.
private – Meant to be? Ehh, might wanna tell the writers that. Heck, if
Marina can drop in for a visit again, I guess anything’s possible.
BetteAndTinaForever – So you were the one guiding me spiritually through
the list!!!
Biased – In a way, I’m reminded of that Don Henley/Patty Smyth song.
"Baby, sometimes Love just ain’t enough."
Bigprisc – That was my #11 on the list, being the last one I axed from the
group. See if Dana hadn’t died, it’s possible that Alice/Lara wouldn’t
have been on this list so Carmen/Jenny (Carmenny for the Shippers out
there) would’ve been. It’s all a conspiracy, I tells ya!!!!
Adelefiz – Well, if nothing else Alice/Dana probably have the competition
licked in the Endurance Department, although Alice did hint at Uta being
the best in that area, too.
ut – They were hot, they were intense, they were driven to make the
audience feel everything they were doing. I guess that’s part of the whole
dynamic with Bette/Tina...they have a way of suckin’ people into their
lives like that.
JaneC – Don’t get me wrong, the storyline was intriguing and tragic...but
the moments themselves...oh my. Pardon me...must get tea.
