When 16 year old Vivian McMillan has to move from New York City
to the suburbs, her relationships, past and present, are tested.
And her identity goes through seismic changes. The daughter of
a NYC firefighter, Vivian has no choice but to leave the city
with her dad after health problems he suffered trying to save
people on September 11th force him to retire. This moving, funny,
and relevant new drama speaks to all ages and hearts as it follows
the journey of six teenagers and the adults who try to understand
them.
Hmmm, they didn't mention that Vivian is a lesbian? And she's cute
and has a WAY cute girlfriend named Aster? Well, now you know!
Five episodes of ABM have aired so far. The episodes are "webisodes"
-- about 10 minutes each. They're beautifully shot, professionally
written, and professionally acted. They started with Strike.tv (remember
that blasted Hollywood writer's strike?) and are getting picked
up on Hulu and Blip tv -- this show is going places!
One of the creators, Susan Miller, has written for the
L word. Let's give Anyone But Me our support --

There is A LOT of Fan Fiction potential here, because of it only being 8-10 minute episodes...lots of loose ends that FF can tie up! Come on JC, don't think I didn't see your promise to attack a Fic with this one! xo
