L-word.com Celebrates Our 2nd Anniversary!

In May 2005, I received a death threat by email. Several other "suspicious" things happened in a short time, including some trolls. Then, we were hacked and shut down for about 24 hours. As it turns out, most of the damage was done by the absolutely horrible host we were on, Interland.com. We had also converted to a different programming language back in January, and we were with our second programmer at that point.
Summer of 2005 was busy. We moved to our fifth server (actually, two of them)--where we are now. Finally, we have a stable, securing server big enough for all the surfing all of you do. We also have a new programmer with us as of August, Chad, and he keeps us stable, sound, and sane! Chad also was instrumental in helping me and CowGirl go live with www.theLlife.com. He re-tooled L-word.com Fan Fiction to my requests and produced Creative Writing and The L Life Fan Fiction.
